Halo Investment Management Limited (HIM) is a joint venture between seven of New Zealand’s leading early-stage Angel investment groups - Upstart Angels, powerHouse Ventures, Venture Accelerator, Manawatu Investment Group, Pacific Channel, ICE Angels, Sparkbox Investments and the New Zealand Venture Investment Fund (NZVIF).

It has been established to provide day-to-day administration and investment management services for Funds raised which will allow investors to get access to a range of early stage companies in the New Zealand market.

NZVIF will provide all secretariat and investment management functions. NZVIF is a private equity fund of funds investor and a cornerstone investor in New Zealand’s venture capital market.  It has NZ$200 million of funds under management which is invested through two vehicles – a NZ$160 million venture capital fund of funds and the NZ$40 million Seed Co-Investment Fund.
